Each new worker gets professional training. They are assigned a mentor and before they start work they get a theoretical and a practical study. They learn not only cleaning, disinfecting and about the rules, but they also learn customer service and communication skills.

They have an examination with their superior on practical and theoretical matters.  Further, all their training is documented. Only after these steps can our workers begin on the jobsite.
